Country Nodes
- Validate transactions and apply policy constraints.
- Collect assigned liquidity and fees.
- Emit epoch batch hashes and sign global roots.
- Coordinate with sovereign diversity and finality requirements.
Design split between sovereign settlement nodes and processing infrastructure nodes.
Each node builds a local state batch; hashes are committed into a distributed root and approved with threshold signatures. This root is the reference for proofs and light-client validation.
Requires weighted signatures and sovereign diversity at the epoch level. This is not PoW and not a single chain authority.
Non-attesting nodes face penalties and potential exclusion from fee and yield participation during probation windows.
Conflicts or faults reduce effective participation and trigger exclusion rules.
