Track A

Global Transition System

This track is the world-scale model. It is designed for sovereign and central-bank transition planning, debt-retirement framing at genesis, and federated settlement with validator diversity.

Scope

Purpose

Establish a single share-native monetary base that can absorb legacy structures through a one-time transition boundary, then run under fixed protocol invariants.

Participants

Sovereign institutions, public settlement operators, and validator domains participating in federated finality and policy-constrained settlement commitments.

Output

A fixed-cap share ledger where issuance, reserve movement, redemption windows, and burn are explicit, inspectable, and reproducible.

Global Track Highlights

  • Genesis conversion is modeled as a one-time transition event with published rules.
  • Federated governance assumes multiple validator domains, not a single authority signer.
  • Finality depends on weighted signatures and diversity thresholds across participating nodes.
  • Supply behavior remains fixed-share after transition; no hidden rebasing in labels.
  • This track is built for debt-transition context and cross-sovereign settlement constraints.
